This weeks Charisma Cardz Challenge is a sketch challenge. I thought I'd use the sketch the make a Birthday card for our friend Tommy.

This blog was started mainly for my crafting, however I also find myself writing about my family life too and in particular about my son Josh. Josh is just Josh to us and we're used to his quirky behaviour. As I don't want to have to mention Josh's autism every time I post about him, I thought I'd mention it here. Hopefully you will bear this in mind as you read and it may give you a little insight into the wonderful world of the autisic child in a very gentle way!

It's a fabulous card and well man card are really hard to make!
I think its fine for a 'man card' ... you can hardly send a bear with a fishing rod to a woman now could you? LOL
I expect there are a few women out there who do like fishing, but its usually associated with men....
I'll stamp out a few of my men based images for you Fe and then you'll have some 'in hand'.
Love the scetch by the way... I've a couple of birthday's coming up and I'll do this for them.
Love Mum XXX
I think this is a great card, its so hard to create cards for men, my brother is a keen fisher, the paper is ideal!
Well Done
I think it works because of the sleeping and the fishing!! It's cute! The paper and the brown buttons and ribbon make it more masculine.
Well I like it!
I saw it as a man card as soon as I viewed it...
It's the handmade thought that counts anyway!!!
