More Christmas Cards

These are some more of the ones I made while the electricity was off last week. Luckily everything is back to normal again now. Our drive no longer has a huge hole in it and the pavement to the side of our house has had new tarmac put down today. Hooray!

The papers for both these cards is from Craftwork Cards.
The "Have a Fairy Merry Christmas" is by Lavinia Stamps. I used a Ticket corner punch by Stamping Up to make the corners on the sentiment.
The fairies and reindeer are all from Lili Of The Valley.

Ellie's Birthday Cards

Well it's taken me a while but here are the cards I made for Ellie for her Birthday. Ellie loves this Fairy Bear Die and she wanted it on her card, who am I to argue?!

I used the DCWV Blossoms and Blooms papers, brads and rub-ons that I won on Trimcraft. The Happy 6th Birthday were done using Go Kreate Dies in my Cuttlebug. I used a little white gel pen to highlight the eyes and nose on the fairy bear. The Bear's dress, wings, tiara and want are all die cut from glitter card. For the inside I continued with the Blossoms and Butterflies papers and 3D stickers and brads. I also added a "Have a Fairy Happy Birthday" stamped sentiment to the left side of the inside. Stamps: Lavinia
Papers: Blossoms and Butterflies by DVWC
Equipment: Cuttlebug ~ Go Kreate Dies Boo Bear, Fairy Outfit and Frame
Embellishments: Blossoms and Butterflies Brads, 3D stickers, Rub Ons ~ Butterfly Charm ~ Bling Name Letters ~ Flowers

I also made a card for Ellie from Max our baby dog. I used the Blossom and Butterflies Papers again but this time I used a Lili of the Valley Fairy instead of the Fairy Bear. Josh made her a Digi Card which I will post in a minute or too. It's so good I think it needs a post of its own! :-)

Cute Card Thursday

The Cute Card Thursday Challenge is Letters and Numbers and luckily for me Mia's card has both!

It was Mia's Birthday party yesterday and she had a "Sparkle Party" Ellie came back with her nails painted, a pink star on her cheek, pink eye make up and lots of glitter everywhere. Unfortunately I didn't think to take any photos which was a bit daft! She had a great time though. This is the inside of Mia's card.

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge

The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge this week is Glitter. Funnily enough I'd already made this card for my daughter's friend Tanya which has lots of glitter card on it and is therefore perfect for this challenge. It was Tanya's actual birthday on Friday although her party is today. She was at school for her Birthday during the day and was supposed to be going to the school disco in the evening but she didn't turn up. Anyway later on that evening I got a text message from Tanya's Mum to say that poor Tanya has Chicken Pox. What a thing to get on your Birthday!

She is still having her party as she doesn't seem to be very poorly with them and most of the kids going have already had them which is lucky. There's only one little girl who won't be going as she's not had them and she and her family are flying to America on Monday, better not to take the risk!

This is Tanya's card. I just love my new Go Kreate Fairy Bear!

Two Cards

My mum and I went to a craft fair in The Dome in Doncaster on Sunday. It was really pants! If you like decoupage and Dufex then you'd be in your element but for us hearty stamps lovers there wasn't a lot to inspire us. It was very small too, we'd gone round all the stalls in an hour! The only other craft fair I've been to is the Great Northern Papercraft Extravaganza in Harrogate and that's fab. We get there for 10am and they are having to shove us out of the doors at 4.30pm because they want to pack up but we're still trying to buy!

In the end we went to another shop in Doncaster that my mum knew of that sold all sorts of things including craft stuff. We bought quite a few bits there and then we called in at Pontefract on the way back to another craft shop and bought some fab stuff from there. One of which was the wording stamp on the card below.
This card I made for my friend Sarah. It's a little late as her birthday was on Saturday. Whoops!
The papers are by Dovecraft.
The lady stamp is by Art Impressions
and the wording stamp is byInkadinkado

The wedding card I did for my friend Meghan who is going to her friends wedding on the 10th May. I thought I'd go with a traditional look.

The paper is by Dovecraft.
The wedding words stamp and the bride stamp are by Lavinia.
The wording at the bottom I did on the computer.
